The dress circle location is a match for the splendid decor, with a sizeable outdoor terrace featuring chic patio furniture to enjoy the sweeping views and a stunning indoor dining room with timber ceilings and trimmings. Along one wall is an exquisite bar with backlit arches and in the main dining area there are leather banquettes, booths, and rattan chairs with colourful cushions, linen tablecloths, and elegant tableware.
In one corner of the bar is a tiny lounge where diners can enjoy a pre-dinner drink from the extensive drinks menu, which features a carefully curated selection of wines from Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Spain, France, and Greece, craft beers, premium spirits (including absinthe) and cocktails (including lychee Spritz and grilled pineapple mojitos).

All their dishes at Tillerman are designed to share, with entrees such as Fremantle octopus carpaccio; King Ora salmon jerky; Aylesbury duck beignets; caviar served with buttermilk blini, creme fraiche & cornichons or Bacalao croquetas with plum and lime aioli.
